Have you ever caught yourself dwelling on past events, replaying situations or worrying about the future? Often, the concerns we anticipate never materialize or are beyond our control, leaving us feeling anxious. By grounding ourselves in the present, which is undeniably happening, we can appreciate what we have at this very moment. Focusing on the present empowers us to truly live our lives and find joy in the world around us.

Are you someone who has struggled to establish a consistent mindfulness practice? Or perhaps you already have a meditation routine but desire additional ways to integrate mindfulness into your daily life? Mindful journaling provides an opportunity to express our emotions and recognize the benefits of being present. By documenting our feelings after engaging in mindful experiences, we cultivate a habit and train ourselves to be more attentive in our everyday experiences.

How often should I engage in Mindful Experiences?

The answer is simple: everyday, all the time! As we prioritize the present moment, our minds undergo transformation. Are there activities you dislike, like doing dishes or attending meetings? By truly focusing on these tasks and combining them with deep breathing exercises, you can shift your perception and actually find enjoyment in these activities. Consider each activity as an opportunity to practice mindfulness.

Upgrade to Present Sense Premium for an enhanced experience with additional mindful experiences and enhanced statistical features. While subscription is not mandatory and many features are accessible for free, the Premium version provides two subscription options within the app: monthly recurring billing or yearly recurring billing. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will indicate the cost of renewal. Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription to that publication (where applicable).
