How often should I engage in Mindful Experiences?
The answer is simple: everyday, all the time! As we prioritize the present moment, our minds undergo transformation. Are there activities you dislike, like doing dishes or attending meetings? By truly focusing on these tasks and combining them with deep breathing exercises, you can shift your perception and actually find enjoyment in these activities. Consider each activity as an opportunity to practice mindfulness.
Upgrade to Present Sense Premium for an enhanced experience with additional mindful experiences and enhanced statistical features. While subscription is not mandatory and many features are accessible for free, the Premium version provides two subscription options within the app: monthly recurring billing or yearly recurring billing. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will indicate the cost of renewal. Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription to that publication (where applicable).
